Haley Norton is a communications strategist and storyteller who believes that the right words, images, and strategies can make a real impact. With a B.A. in Public Relations from Fairfield University — plus minors in Marketing and Digital Journalism — she brings both a creative eye and a strategic mind to every project she takes on.
At Norton Comms, Haley works with an inspiring range of clients, from nonprofits and government agencies to unions and political groups, helping them share their stories, raise awareness, and move their missions forward. On any given day, you might find her writing press releases, managing social media campaigns, pitching to media outlets, creating content, planning events, or making sure all the behind-the-scenes details run smoothly.
Before joining Norton Comms, Haley spent multiple years at clover PR, a boutique agency specializing in lifestyle, beauty, fitness, and wellness brands. As a PR Assistant and later an Account Coordinator, she juggled media outreach, influencer partnerships, event coordination, social media strategy, and administrative support. Her client roster featured big names like Manduka, barre3, Emily Skye Fit, Natural Pilates, ShopGoodwill.com, and multiple renowned dermatologists. She also helped secure high-profile coverage in Cosmopolitan, Refinery29, Better Homes & Gardens, Marie Claire, Shape, and more.
Haley’s background also includes leadership roles with Her Campus Fairfield, where she managed a 60+ member creative team, directed the chapter’s Instagram presence, and wrote trend-driven articles for an audience of tens of thousands each week.
She’s interned at Entercom Communications, contributed to multiple Boston-based radio stations’ digital content, and even worked internationally in Florence, Italy, producing multimedia content and coordinating campus-wide events.
She’s fluent in tools like Microsoft Office, Capcut Canva, WordPress, Procreate, and a wide range of social media platforms — but more importantly, she knows how to use them to tell stories that resonate.
